1. Identification and purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the RHC platform, available at rhc.pt (the "Service"), an AI-assisted recruitment tool. The Service is provided by [LEGAL COMPANY NAME], with registered office at [ADDRESS], holder of VAT number [VAT NUMBER] ("RHC", "we"). By subscribing to or using the Service, the customer accepts these Terms in full.

2. Definitions

"Service" means the RHC platform and all its features. "Customer" or "Recruiter" means the company or professional who subscribes to the Service to manage recruitment processes. "Candidate" means the person who applies for jobs through the platform. "Account" means the individual access record for the Service.

3. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the Service presupposes acceptance of these Terms. Those who do not agree with the Terms must not use the Service. These Terms may be supplemented by specific conditions applicable to particular plans or features.

4. Service description

RHC provides AI-assisted candidate screening tools, job creation and management, assessment tests, and tracking of recruitment processes. Available features depend on the subscribed plan. RHC reserves the right to improve, change or discontinue features, communicating material changes with reasonable advance notice.

5. Account and access

To use the Service, the Customer creates an account and is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials, as well as for all activity carried out through their account. The Customer undertakes to provide truthful and up-to-date information. RHC may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Plans and payment

The Service is provided through paid subscription, in the Starter, Growth and Pro plans, with different limits and features. Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance. Current prices are available on the website and may be changed, with changes communicated to the Customer in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of access to the Service. Unless otherwise required by law, amounts paid are non-refundable for periods already elapsed.

7. Acceptable use

The Customer undertakes to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms, and may not, in particular:

  • use the Service for illegal or discriminatory purposes;
  • attempt to access systems or data without authorization;
  • overload or compromise the security of the platform;
  • use the Service in a way that violates third-party rights.

The Customer is responsible for the content of the jobs they publish and for the way they handle candidate data in the context of their recruitment processes.

8. Candidates

Candidates may use the platform to apply for jobs and take assessment tests. Candidates' use of the platform is governed by these Terms, where applicable, and by the Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is handled. RHC acts as a tool serving the Recruiter; recruitment decisions are the Recruiter's responsibility.

9. Artificial intelligence

The Service uses artificial intelligence to support the screening and evaluation of applications. The results produced by artificial intelligence are indicative in nature and are intended to support the Recruiter's decision, not to replace their judgment. RHC does not guarantee the absence of errors in automated analyses and recommends that the Recruiter use them as decision support, not as a final automatic decision.

10. Intellectual property

The RHC platform, including its software, design, brand and content, is the property of RHC and is protected by intellectual property rights. Subscribing to the Service grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, with no transfer of ownership rights. Content entered by the Customer (jobs, descriptions) remains their property.

11. Service availability

RHC makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and functional, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or external factors. RHC is not responsible for unavailability caused by third parties or by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RHC is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunities or recruitment decisions made by the Customer based on use of the Service. The Service is provided as a support tool, with hiring decisions being the sole responsibility of the Customer.

13. Cancellation

The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. RHC may suspend or cancel access in case of violation of these Terms or failure to pay. After cancellation, access to the Service ceases, without prejudice to the Privacy Policy regarding data retention and deletion.

14. Changes to Terms

RHC may amend these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to the Customer through the Service or by email, with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.

15. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of [JURISDICTION] shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
